General Information

There are several authentication methods you can use for Windows devices.  Hello software on your Windows device must be enabled and the authentication method options available to you depend, in part, on how new your device is.  For example, newer versions of the Surface Pro tablet have facial recognition as a Windows Hello option.

Authentication Methods

1. Windows Hello (for personally-owned Windows-based computers)  or  Windows Hello for Business (for UNC-issued, Windows-based computers)
